Any defective goods purchased online may be returned within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery to the purchaser.
When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
- The returned product must be in the original intact package;
- The product must be free on any damage caused by the purchaser;
- The product must be unused and its marketable appearance must be preserved (all labels, protective films, etc. must be free of damage);
- The returned product must be of the same composition as is was received by the purchaser: any gifts received within the purchase must be returned along with the product.

Having received your request, we will contact you within 2 business days and harmonise the details of the return.
After receiving from you the product and making sure the product has not been used, we will repay the money to your specified bank account within 3 business days.
The return of defective products is carried out according to the Rules of the Return and Exchange of Goods approved by Order No. 217 ‘On the Approval of the Rules of the Return and Exchange of Goods’ of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated 29 June 2001.
